The TITAN Master Controller comprises the heart of the TITAN system. Operating like an e-mail server to route messages, theembedded software is custom-configured for your unique operational requirements.  Master Controller connects all of your systems and devices, managing all communication traffic, processing the disparate inputs and sending out messages in the proper formats to the various recipient output devices.  TITAN intelligently routes automated escalations and logs and tracks all activity with immediate, unattended output to the PC-based TITAN Reporting Engine SQL data repository.

The following TITAN modules are all configured via the Master Controller, and add functionality by integrating your existing systems devices to provide connectivity to various standard communications infrastructures.

The TITAN Telephone Router provides connectivity to your telephone/PBX system, integrating voice-prompted wireless messaging from any telephone. Send text messages to any recipient in the system, whether via pager, cordless handset or even e-mail, all from any PBX extension on property. Each Telephone Router supports up to three telephone lines for PBX-programmed automatic roll-over to eliminate busy signals in high traffic environments.

The TITAN Alarm Router provides connectivity to hard-wired “Normally Open/Normally Closed” contacts, integrating security, access control and other alarm-related communications. TITAN removes any device limitations you might experience today by linking these security communications to the variety of devices you use currently, with automated escalation and logging/tracking of internal messaging. Each Alarm Router module supports up to 16 contacts, and modules can be daisy-chained together using the expansive RS485 protocol for flexible expandability and implementation.

The TITAN Cellular Router supports flexible two-way messaging and connectivity to and from cellular phones via short message service (SMS) text messaging, expanding your reach with waiting customers, as well as mobile employees.  Simply insert a GSM-supported SIM card, and the Cellular Router enables two-way cellular messaging with delivery, response and logging of all communications. The TITAN SmartPage-E is an Internet Protocol (IP) based POCSAG paging encoder / transmitter designed for use with the TITAN Master Controller to support all types of on-site paging applications. Connection is supported from your Ethernet network, simplifying device positioning to maximize area coverage and overall implementation. SmartPage-E is available with output power from 2 to 200 Watts on UHF frequencies to accommodate properties of every size and layout. SmartPage-E is compatible with all JTECH application-specific pagers, as well as most standard POCSAG pagers.
